说个骗子短信

一个号码，不认识。

 

1: 短信进来，问我啥问题，我一看不认识，删除，并报垃圾

2: 过一天，短信又进来，说他/她问我问题，不回答是不礼貌的。我处理方法同上

3: 过了好几天，短信又进来，说N天不回答，失联了，我马上准备去警察局报案了。我处理方法同上。

 

问题： 我已经申报是垃圾短信了，按理说，我不该再收到，是不？
