你们的water heater都用tank还是tankless? 好倒霉，我的water tank leaked, 家里

还有water damage, 不仅要换water heater, 还要把drywall切开吹干，然后再补上，需要花一两个星期的时间。可是我本来过两天要出门的，这下完了。不知他们在吹干的过程中我需要在家吗？我已经计划要走，兴致一起，很难不去的。

还有就是tankless有什么pros and cons? 我是倾向于tankless的，但它是用电的，一停电就没热水了。
