Shouldn't it be "I am not ON the job market AT this moment"?

真的是想请教和切磋哈！

人到中年，手下有几员小将。悄悄认个怂，有时候真的觉得我自己的英文不够用啊！也就我家那位不介意我的英文经常缺胳膊短腿儿的，有时候还胡乱嫁接。到职场上，尤其carry那些个difficult conversations的时候和需要表现得decent的时候，老脚着我自己后劲儿不足。汗
