昨天从早到晚浪/long了一天

早上6点起床，跑了一个漂亮的long run，20迈不到3小时。

好久没有二人世界了，晚上外出吃饭，订位订晚了，提前一周只订到了8点的位子，提前10分钟到，餐馆里外都满座。周六大概人们都不急着走，吧台坐满了等位的人，最后等到近8点半才入座。

头盘：Hamachi

 

主菜：我点的sea bass，LD点的Halibut

 

甜点：cheesecake和pistachio ice cream 

吃完饭10点多了，基本把早上消耗掉的卡路里补回来了：）
