Median household income in the town I live, Fairfax

The median family income is $119,800 in 2006. A lots families bought their house before year 2000, and the house price has increased a lot since 1999. Therefore, if a family of 4 earn $119,800 just move to Fairfax this year, will be pretty hard to buy a decent house in the median income level.
