说二个开心的事情，不开心的事情自己消化

1. 刚刚同二个老板评估我去年的工作，至少10.5% 奖金有望
2. 一个condominiums 去年11月份中旬上市，时间很不好，是儿子住的地方。接下来被大刀砍来砍去，5-20%的砍，list agence催我，我不同意。放话，如果没有好的buyer，我不卖了，出租一年后再说。上个礼拜来了个full price 合同，还是现金。嘿嘿。。。
