何不孤芳自赏，顾影自怜

最近瘦身很有成果，才一个星期不到。主要是控制饮食。

每天照镜子，特别是全身照，都能看出来效果。脸在变小，身材越来越好。自己每天看自己就非常开心了。

一直不理解为什么认为别人分享的都是事实，到我这就是满嘴跑火车，谎话连篇，云山雾罩。

可是，为什么要去在意别人说什么呢？

自己每天开开心心的过日子最重要。
