But agree with Pangyaya: you and your hubby have to be more persistent. It's OK 如果一方对女儿说自己的母语，另外一方就只能瞎猜了. We have that situation at home everyday. :)

We just came back from a two weeks vacation from Germany, and our friends and relatives there are very impressed with Alexander's German!
