do you know how many people abused the welfare system?

I was a college instructor. several Chinese students in my class carried LV bags (it is real) and spent money on 燕窝 which cost over $1000 per pound.they never paid tuition and rent. at the same time, their living expenses was covered.That is all our tax money.
