我昨天第一次摸到，五个月的拉伸。

一直跑步hamstring很紧，以前也不注意拉伸。

教练一直逼我，还让我每天拍录像给她看。终于昨天第一次摸到了。

激动啊。

这个世界最远的距离，是指尖到脚尖的距离，lol。
