年轻时候这方面的知识非常欠缺,直到最近几年开始读有关身心健康的新闻和书籍,觉得受益匪浅。身心是连接在一起的,哪一边出问题后如果没有及时获得化解和治疗,最终会影响到另一边,达到整体崩溃的地步,那就比较难收拾了。
现代社会生活节奏快,压力也大,很多人或多或少地体验过这些征兆里面的一部分,值得警觉和注意。
Soul exhaustion直译是灵魂疲惫,但我个人觉得意义为心力交瘁更准确。这三十个征兆是:
1. You don't laugh anymore
2. You feel unmotivated
3. You don't recognize yourself (这里指的是性格为人与以往截然不同)
4. You self-medicate (这里是说用酒精甚至毒品达到上瘾的程度)
5. You are prepared to go against your own morals and principles
6. You feel unloved
7. You don't let go of toxic people (包括婚恋关系和原生家庭成员)
8. You let others treat you like a doormat
9. You make excuses to be alone
10. You don't want to help others
11. You feel something is missing
12. The ghosts of the past haunt you
13. You eat too little
14. You eat too much
15. You lose your passion
16. You are afraid of the future
17. You feel weak
18. You feel anger and jealousy
19. You feel bitterness and resentment
20. You feel lost and lonely
21. You experience panic attacks
22. You often feel disoriented
23. You can't explain your feelings
24. You feel emotionally numb
25. You have headaches all the time
26. You experience sudden blurred vision
27. You have digestive complaints
28. You often feel dizzy
29. You have body aches
30. You're physically exhausted all the time
