来来来，看姐今天做了啥

苏芙蕾！

昨晚做梦，梦里一直苏芙蕾来苏芙蕾去。记得在坡坡吃到很好的苏芙蕾，现在有时间了，可以试试。

早上在儿子的鼓励和帮助下，终于成功做成苏芙蕾。

其实苏芙蕾不难做，但是一定要专心，一环扣一环，每环都保证80%的质量，苏芙蕾就会胖胖的发起来。

我用的是以下这个食谱，食谱有视频，易学好懂。

因为家里有三口人，我就做了三个，所以量上我做了适当调整，比如鸡蛋增加到3个，面粉增加到7.2茶匙，其他以此类推。

看片片吧，非常满意。以后周末有空，我还会做。

刚烤出来的时候，表面还饱满的很，没发直，但是很呆萌。T班指导说，把小罐口的糖抹掉，就会更直些。

看看呆萌小子的肌理，还是不差的，气泡不会太大。

看看内里，也还是气泡细小均匀，我很满意。

儿子特别开心，说妈妈做得跟坡坡的一样好吃。

老实说，这苏芙蕾真是体力活，因为要掌握度，都是手动操作，没有用电器搅拌。

前两天买的绣球花开了，家里温馨舒服，祝姐妹们周末愉快。
