这个可以自己计算一下啊， 如果把95万投到基金， 以平均每年5%的回报， 应该比租金低一点的。

 但投到基金就少了很多管理上的麻烦。 出租还可以有房产的升值。  不过我老公不肯买出租房的， 怕麻烦
