but european had a lot history and a lot conflict with the people from west asia mostly.

but my argument is american has very deeply rooted mercantilism culture which makes american much tolerant with asian being there in their country than the europen does. the same way east coast/south east coast city in china has higher tolerance about foreigner being there as long as they are seen as contributing to china's trade and modernization and having foreigner in their city as a badge of cosmopolitan of the city.
