not because i have to (out of obligation). The difference is between the free will and obligation.  However, there are times we did comprimise to each other, because we want the other side to be happy ( again free will).

So, of course, i'll let my family know my travel plan because i don't want them worry about me, and i cook because they like my cooking(most of times) and i don't like restaurant food,... etc, etc. 

This is how i feel, i totally respect your feeling... :))
