The law need to be changed.

A SH woman who was in deportation pool then he married a man got green card and divorce right away. Since she had preplan, ex-husband lossed everything.

Yes, the woman only use 1 year got green card and all properties.  However, NO ONE won't marry her. She is 54 now and owns two houses.
