上午时因为特生气，没有把有些事情解释清楚。在彻底离开KT之前，还想把有的概念解释清楚。
1. 我说陈杀人是crime of passion, 让有人觉得特不中听。但是，大家可以自己看看crime of passion的定义，看看是不是跟陈的犯罪行为吻合。
A crime of passion (French:crime passionnel), in popular usage, refers to a violent crime, especially homicide, in which the perpetrator commits the act against someone because of sudden strong impulse such as sudden rage rather than as a premeditated crime.[1]
The 'crime of passion' defense challenges the mens rea element by suggesting that there was no malice aforethought, and instead the crime was committed in the "heat of passion." In some jurisdictions, a successful 'crime of passion' defense may result in a conviction for manslaughter or second degree murder instead of first degree murder, because a defendant cannot ordinarily be convicted of first degree murder unless the crime was premeditated.
crime of passion这个词里没有褒义，只是形容罪犯是冲动犯罪，不是预先筹划的。GoGym认为这个词用在陈身上刺耳，是对这个词的定义不了解。
2. 我没有判断耶稣，只是用新约对耶稣言行的记录，来反驳色猫对“do not judge”的理解。人当然是可以而且肯定每时每刻都在做judge的，有时是对人，有时是对事。GoGym一边同意不能judge，一边却根据我对江歌案的几个看法就judge我没资格了。这才是真的自相矛盾。相反，我认为可以judge，却没对她出言不逊，只在被她激怒了以后才骂她小人。
3. 我在KT和不同的人争论不少，心里清清楚楚谁把这些争论个人话，变为个人恩怨，然后找机会跳出来打击你一下。也知道谁不这么做。judge是免不了的，不过我有分寸，不在KT用自己的judge打击诋毁人。像今天为了自己这么愤怒，还是第一次。
