I never can stand the boredom of body work and exercise nuts in gym.  Only thing that's not boring to me is zumba class in gym, but i only go to professional dancer's Zumba class or have my own Zumba class.  Most Zumba classes taught by fit instructors are boring, because they are not artistic in music selection and choreogrphy.
