他虽然跟你不是一个部门，但是如果他是你们公司一个挺重要的人物的话，你要小心点

不要轻易到HR那里告他骚扰你，因为你要以防公司想留他而不是你，你没有过错公司不会裁掉你，但是如果他对公司举足轻重的话，公司可能暗中让你不舒服，最后逼你自己走人。

如果你真打算告他，那手里要有充分证据，即使告你赢了，你也未必是赢家，因为你如果你找工作的下一家一旦知道你告过以前的公司，人家可能不敢雇佣你。

如果他在公司无足轻重，你可以到HR那里讨教一下应付的办法。否则的话，你找工作走人可能是上策。
