因为上一个申请人也是华裔，但房东不想租给她，可能想租给白人女孩，所以经纪就说这个新的申请人说话像白人

虽然有个中国人的姓。  在租房，求职等方面， 美国的联邦法规定禁止种族歧视的

如果想租给谁，不想租给谁只是在心里想，没有表现出来，是不违法的，所以华人地主们要小心了
