我也觉得是房东对租给华人有些concerns, 经纪人想帮他打消顾虑，促成这笔生意。

比如，房东怕中国人爱做菜，把房间弄得油油，或经常性地熏到邻居被board找麻烦。经纪人想说，人是华人，却是美国长大的，口音是美式的，生活习惯大概也美式，未必爱做饭，即使做饭也未必都是油烟。

如果我是当事人收到这封邮件，我也会不舒服。但结合经历，从房东/经纪角度，说话不谨慎周全、政治不正确是肯定的。到底这算不算歧视，从practical的角度，我觉得蛮难说的。
