会不会有误解？

You need to pay the amount before your insurance applies it toward your deductible.

但看这句话，似乎没有什么问题。因为deductible 的定义是：

   那么，这里的before可能不单指时间和程序上，而是包括数额上。

    

    

   按理copayment是一种deductible，比如20块，50块。这个是要付的。让你付的amount是deductible还是claim还是？再沟通一下。
