As a former OB/GYN, I don't think you should give up at this moment. You and your hu*****and only tried a year and half, frankly it is not long enough to prove there is no longer a chance for you to have a baby.

It is true that, based on your age and condition, your chance is limited. IVF is your hope. But you need to take off your mental luggages, which might burden you to get pregnant.

Start yourself. Take good care of yourself. Be happy, exercise regularly, eat well and rest well. Have a good attitude, let things go naturally. Neither rush things nor increase your anxiety. Coordinate with your doctor.
