My story

We dated for more than two years when he proposed.

We met in school and after our second anniversary, we both knew that we were going to take it to the next level. He really wanted to get something that I like and he asked me that if he ever proposed, what type of ring I would like. We went to the jewelry store and I picked out a couple of ring to give him an idea of what I was looking for. He finally got one that is very similar to one of the rings I picked out.

And he did a great job proposing to me. Even though I kind of know that he will ultimately do that, I never would have guessed that he did that before our graduation. Well, most people did get engaged around graduation. So, that's what I thought he would do.

However, he surprised me by taking me to a conservatory at a nice hotel and then popped the question. I got so emotional when he got down to his knee that I even forgot to say "Yes." I bursted in tears and it took me a while to calm down and let him to put the ring on my finger.
