窥窥我家的香肠：再加一点做香肠的心得体会

 

 

我用熊猫媳妇的方子做香肠，我们口味比较淡，用了每10斤70g盐的份量，还是有点咸。另外我们不太吃麻辣，就减半了花椒和辣椒粉的量，我们用韩国辣椒粉，香而不太辣。

另外我们买的是做叉烧肉的猪肉，让T&T切成肉片，回家再切几刀就可以放佐料了。今天发现用做叉烧的肉做的香肠，口感特别好，有韧性，肥肉少。
