for the last 12 years, but I have almost never experienced any discrimination. Only once, there was a female co-worker from other team said something unfriendly to me, but she got in some trouble later. I think it is possible that you think someone 歧视 Chinese, but it just because they couldn't find a topic to talk to you. Be confident, remember that everyone is created equal
