我烤的cookie为什么硬梆梆的.....

自己觉得味道不错,
但孩子拒绝吃,
烤的过程中,如果有点软,不敢拿出来,
烤啊烤啊,最后拿出来,放凉后就变成硬梆梆的了.

好奇,难道是软软的时候就拿出来?
这火侯到底怎么掌握,
怎样才知道熟了呢?
