紧急求助，姐妹们灌水之余给出出主意

外嫁，０６年结婚，孩子１７，６月份得到有条件绿卡。现在狗男人似乎钩搭别人了，两人吵得很凶，母女很可能被扫地出门。孩子已经１８了。长期绿卡要等几个月才能申请。 唉！愁人！

问题是：

１。如果现在就离婚了，孩子的长期绿卡申请是否受影响？（我记得孩子的绿卡只要办就是长期的，我儿子的就是这样，不知道为什么她的不是？）

２。朋友的绿卡怎么办？需要找律师吗？

３。朋友不大听劝，为了省钱，不打算找律师，要自己办离婚，成吗？
