how should i call the future in-law at the 1st time

Dear friends, What do you call your in-law at the 1st time you meet them?

We'll spend 1 week with my boyfriend's parents for Christmas holiday. I've prepared some gifts for them which i've never met in person. When i asked my boyfriend how should i write on the gift box which is for his mom, he asked me to write:"To Mom". We'll be leave tomorrow to meet them in other province,i've been thinking what should i call his parents when i meet them in person, their names? or Uncle/Anutie + names, or Mom/Dad?

Could you please share with me any ideas. Thanx and Merry Christmas :)
