He thinks your hu*****and just being a pervert. My bf's buddy is like that too, but he only does it when his wife around and his wife is OK with it. I saw the guy with other girls when his wife was not around but again, he was just being a pervert. When people does that specially guys, they are the one feel insecure and they want to get confirmation from girls or pretty women to make sure they are still attractive. Talk to him, not argue, tell him what's in your mind and you have to find a solution for this. If not, sooner or later, you will blow up...
