儿子的古董概念

安今天突然问我们：What is antique business?

我说：Antique 意思是古董，意思就是很老很老的东西。Business，你知道什么意思，就是古董生意。

但是，我又说，什么是很老很老的东西呢？每个国家的标准都不一样。比如中国，估计要200年的东西才算古董（民国的东西都不算。所以200年。）但是，美国，估计50年的东西就是古董。知道为啥吗？因为，中国有几千年的历史，美国的历史才几百年。

儿子说：哦，那么说美国的古董比中国的古董要年轻？

老爸说：是的，美国的古董，50年估计就算了。

儿子突然大笑起来，指着爸爸说： Daddy, you are an antique, as you are older than 50 years old. Hahaha!

我一愣，突然反应过来也大笑起来，就问那么外公呢？儿子说：外公才90岁，在中国还不算古董。所以老爸是古董，外公不是。

老爸脸都绿了。
