Saying othor people "racism" should have a reason,

you are right, if I say others racism without any reason, most likely I would be sent to a mental hospital, not only get fired :)))

About the joke that post here earlier, at least made me feel uncomfortable. The reasons as follow:

1. It make fun of other culture, I don't think it is funny that a first name or last name contains meaning in some cultures. It happens to Chinese's first names have meaning as well.

2. Making fun of all the Chinese products, including condoms that make in Chinese. As a Chinese, I think that joke is mean, unless you agree that all the stuff that make in China are in very poor quality.

I didn't mean to argue with anyone, only express my feeling, and remind everyone be cautious about race jokes in the office
