为了退休无忧，除了钱，还要好身体

有天在健坛看到有个网友的癌症药一个月1万。总不能因为贵而不治吧。

所以要吃得健康，经常锻炼，工作不要压力太大，心情要保持愉快。

另外要尽量享受当下。最近有个朋友的父亲去世了，80岁，感冒引起的。去世前很长一段时间，呼吸靠吸氧气维持，生活没有质量可言。

所以在我们能享受的时候，不要因为各种原因而推迟做想做的事。
