很想请大家各抒己见，如何深度爱自己的话题

那种买大牌包包鞋子做spa的，还属于浅度的爱，流于表面，用鹰文说，skin-deep. 我们应该怎样从心灵上精神上深度爱自己呢？先去遛狗狗，回来马上再看各位精彩发言。
