回复:Please look inside, I am doing the same now!

sorry, my answer are provided in English.

I got married two weeks ago and is also in the process of changing my name and applying for my marriage-based permanent residence. I currently reside in state of Michigan.

- marriage certificate
I guess the name change policy varies by state. in MI, there is no place on the marriage certificate for me to fill in my NEW name. However, you can bring a CERTIFIED (provided by local county court house) copy of your marriage license to go to local Social Security office and Secretary of State to request name change on social security card and driver's license. I never ran into any issues, as a matter of fact I received my new social security card already. Once you receive your driver's license, you can change all the bank account information etc... sometimes bank requests to view your marriage license.

2/permanent residence application
I used my NEW name to apply for permanent residence (485,130,131,864,765), unless the form requests you to fill in your Maiden Name. You are requested to submit a certified copy of marriage license anyway, so I don't think there will be any issues that some of your supporting documents are still in your maiden name (such as passport, I-94)

3/P.R.CHINA passport
once you receive your permanent residence card, you can add your new name to your Chinese passport. China consulate in Chicago provides the service with nominal charge, so choose a consulate that is close to your residence.

Hope it helps.
