如果是Sale by owner 卖方可能想省点agent fees 所以直接找卖方协商。
我猜你也没有Buyer agent 但建议consult an RE 律师
Deal or no deal really sepends on if you feel comfortable livigg there yourself, if not, is it possible to resell or rent - to cover all your basis.
You have to know all the key numbers know your cost basis - 时间经历金钱的投入值不值得。
