大家开动脑筋帮我想想

接连几天了，我们这小区每天都有好几辆警车守那儿，第一天有6，7辆，后来越来越少，现在还有一辆猫在那儿呢。不管什么时候出去都能看见，然后大清早看还在那儿，24小时监控。你们帮我想想，这是啥情况？
