滚床单问题请教

交了一段时间的男友， 滚过床单了， 发现， 他有点问题，他说，他血压有些高，在吃降压药，副作用是影响拨起，他接近６０岁， 比俺大5-６岁，对俺特好， 经济也很独立， 手也很巧，俺有几套房子，有事他都帮忙，这滚床单不和谐也不行啊。大家帮忙看看，有没有办法，不吃药也能降血压的？多谢!
