How about give me some suggestions,hehe...

I have a living room that I am not sure what paintings I should put

The wall color is rosemary green, natural hardwood floor (light), cherry brown furniture with dark blue sofa and love seat. What color of curtain should I choose? The curtain would cover the big window behind my sofa.

across from the sofa there is a straight wall where we put our TV. There is a side wall to the left and that is where the fireplace is. We are thinking of putting a painting above the fireplace. there is also an empty wall to the right of the sofa and TV that could host another bigger picture. Should we make the two paintings same theme? Same frame? What color of the frame would you recommend and what theme? Currently I have a few fake plants sitting on top the shelf of my fireplace. Would that be redundant if I put a small painting above them or I should remove the plants? It can only fit a small painting if i leave the plants there. Or I should just keep plants there.

I know it is hard to imagine. hehe
