If you can do it, it may be worthy to try to get your dream house. You will spend a lot of time at home; and a dream house will make you happier at home.

I am buying my dream house now; the house is exciting :). I also go a bit over my budget. However, it is worthy it. Just think about the coming inflation. Our government has such heavy debt, and is printing so much money. The inflaciton will be the government's only way to get out of debt. So as a normal person, it may be a good idea to borrow a bit more and repay with cheaper money in the future.
