She has to be the one to make decisions and take some actions. IF she is the type that can not live on her own and so afraid that she couldnt find a better one she would never divorce. When one wants a divorce she should be prepared to be on her own and may never find the right one. If that is something one could put up with then divorce. If not, stay in this marriage.
