then we are not on agreement where to look since he cannot afford to find a better house in good school district since he doesnt have enough for downpayment. then I told him I can put money down and share with him. then he kept mentioning your house is the best deal to he can think of. i told him i do not want to downgrade my life but want to upgrade my life from a new relationship. i dont want to squeeze my kids in small rooms. i said it to him lat night in bed but he was probably not fully awake to get it.
