老公昨天邀我午餐,我郁闷的没心情参加,觉得都这么些年的老问题了,简直没办法了。
就给我发了个e-mail,提出了他的建设性计划,例了五六个执行点吧,希望这是个positive的转折点吧。原文如下:

Lets both do something to change things for the better:
- Lets hire a nanny to take care of household and kids and get us more energy and time for each other.
- Spend more time with each other and buy you any nice things you need to be happy
- Talk more about how we feel and what needs to improve
- Go to a marriage counselor
- ….
Just sitting there and being sad does not help, lets do something to be happy with each other and our kids. I have asked my doctor for a referral to a psychologist today. I need to figure out what I need to do better to make you happier.
