60/bar trip, $2000/month, she has to go to bar 30 times a month, which means that she goes to bar daily. That sounds very odd.

if she spends $1000 on collecting wine, she still needs to go to bar every two days.

what is she doing with the wine she collects? Is she just going to look at them and not drinking them?

Also, the american girls I know all drink many more than 2-3/glasses per bar trip.

I think your friend is, at minimum, a serious drinker.
