感觉别扭

刚到一个公司, 直接向部门主任的上司直接汇报工作, 都不经过其他人. 刚开始, 感觉对我挺关心. 可是到后来每次有事同他讲, 他就盯着我, 让我感觉不自在. 除了工作外, 总感觉他没话找话. 对我的生活也很关心. 他已经结婚有孩子, 怪怪的. 为了避免影响, 我都尽量避免有接触. 躲在自己的角落. 可我感觉每次同他工作接触, 同事都在看.
