From "MBA" point of view, you shouldn't deify the MBA program but consider it as an investment. As a matter of fact, you have huge "opportunity costs" such as existed business and marriage. Before you invest in MBA, you have to think whether it's worth if you lost your business share and marriage. If your answer is yes, you can go ahead. Another option is some local good MBA programs, such as Toronto Uni's. I personally don't think there are too much difference. So call "人脉" really depends on how much time and activity you put in. Basically your classmates are young, unsuccessful people. How much you can gain from the relationship? it all depends on how you maintain the relationship in long term.
