Amazon 买的东西 UPS运输过程中被替换了

在Amazon买的洗面乳，很便宜。

十几天之后，收到UPS牛皮纸包裹，一角被撕开又用胶带绑了，里面塞了一些废金属。

有人有过这种遭遇吗？
