今天晚上跑步俱乐部以后

我马上又去了健身房，那几个练友都说咋来得那么晚

我说现在每天不练两个小时，都觉得浑身都难受，他们都说是这样的，一天不练就不舒服，而且都碰到同样的问题，家人都不理解，觉得花太多时间在健身房了。

唉，感觉上了贼船了。

今天跑步俱乐部两女孩说看到我头颈背部有肌肉。
