姐妹们好，上上2018年的最后一帖，这两天的伙食。

昨天，我认真地看了食谱，做了个披萨，儿子说，非常好吃，可以跟新加坡最好的披萨饼媲美了。做饼关节是发面前的揉面——要揉10分钟，还有就是发面要耐心。

 

今天午餐，领导建议外吃享受一顿午餐，于是我就挑了家边的一家Tapas。每次走过都想品尝，今天终于成行了。味道很好。

最后这个面包涂牛油果加山羊奶酪，非常好吃，可以在家做，是聚会的好选择。

晚上在家，就简单做个三文鱼，加上素菜。因为过节，多炒一个野生香菇炒瑞士苋菜。

晚上说起新年愿望。我说多运动，保持健康。安说中文要提高。老爸说多吃糖。

2018年，虽然有不顺和遗憾，总的来说，还是感恩。
