我这个推理正确吗？

如果A是生病咳嗽，然后 A kiss了B，那么 B 也会生病咳嗽，但如果 B 没有咳嗽那说明 A 的咳嗽不是生病引起的。可能是其他原因引起的，比如说allergy呀之类的。这个推理对吗？
